Call Recording and Transcription

VoiceKit records calls handled by AI agents and generates transcripts for your review. These recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized members of your organization. You are responsible for providing any legally required disclosures to callers about call recording, which may be configured through your agent settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform, including Retell AI (voice processing), Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payments), and WorkOS (authentication)
  • Team Members: Other members of your organization based on access permissions

Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
