VoiceKit provides an AI-powered voice communication platform that enables businesses to automate phone call handling, SMS messaging, and customer communication. Our services include but are not limited to:
To use VoiceKit, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You acknowledge that use of VoiceKit services must comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), and any applicable state laws. You are solely responsible for obtaining any required consents before making calls or sending messages through our platform.
Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Usage beyond your plan's included minutes or messages will be charged at the overage rates specified in your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these terms or required by law.
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. VoiceKit may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
VoiceKit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoiceKit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the service, including knowledge base documents and custom prompts.
Your use of VoiceKit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and retained according to our data retention policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceKit, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
